This study sets wander amplitude to zero so the ruler spacing is visible. Geometry depth and palette colour are separate. Sample step is a footprint: coarse fissure cells can differ from fine cells at the same origin. The source fissure valuation at zero is 99, not the hash kernel’s zero convention.
